Tri Green Tractor is proud to offer our most detailed inspections on tractors, combines, auger and draper platforms, corn heads, planters, and sprayers.  Inspections can be performed on your farm or in our shop to fit your convenience.  And this isn't just any inspection.  This inspection process has been prepared by John Deere and consists of a step-by-step procedure.  Tri Green Tractor's factory trained technicians will give your equipment a comprehensive examination; providing you peace of mind by knowing your equipment is field ready for next season while also optimizing your up-time.

2WD/MFWD Tractor Inspection
123+ item inspection includes but is not limited to:
  • Inspect Drive Train for signs of bearing or gear failure
  • Check Hydraulic System flows and pressures
  • Check Fuel Injection System
  • Pressure Test Cooling System
  • Inspect Steering Axle, Pivot Bushings, and Steering Components
  • Test Charging System
  • Dyno charge $150 extra fee (in shop only with PTO)
     
4WD Tractor Inspection
123+ item inspection includes but is not limited to:
  • Inspect Drive Train for signs of bearing or gear failure
  • Check Hydraulic System flows and pressures
  • Check Fuel Injection System
  • Pressure Test Cooling System
  • Inspect Final Drive Bearing wear
  • Inspect Front Axle Pivot Bushings
  • Inspect Drive Lines
  • Test Charging System
  • Dyno charge $150 extra fee (in shop only with PTO)
     
Planter Inspection
89+ item planter inspection includes but is not limited to:
  • Disassemble one row unit
  • Run one meter on the test stand and discuss results
  • Hydraulic System
  • Electric System
  • Frame
  • Seed Delivery System
  • Mechanical Components
  • Seed Metering Components
  • Technicians will provide parts list
     
Sprayer Inspection
Includes the following but is not limited to:
  • Inspect Hydrostatic Drive Train
  • Check all Fluids
  • Check Tread Adjust Components
  • Verify AMS Components & Functions
  • Check Suspension & Steering Components
  • Check Solution System Operation & Pressures
  • Check Boom/Dry Box Components & Functions
Combine Inspection
  • An extensive examination of your equipment that identifies the components that need adjusted or replaced.
  • With your approval, Tri Green Tractor will complete the agreed upon repairs.

Flex Draper Platform Inspection
Includes the following but is not limited to:
  • Inspect Center Feed Drums & Fingers
  • Inspect Belt Drive and Tracking Components
  • Inspect Sickle/Knife & Guards
  • Check Gear Case Oil Levels
  • Check Automatic Header Control Sensors & Linkages
     
Auger Platform Inspections
Includes the following but is not limited to:
  • Inspect Header Height Control
  • Inspect Sickle/Knife, Wear Plates, and Guards
  • Inspect Flex Seals
  • Check Gear Case Oil Level
     
Corn Head Inspections
Includes the following but is not limited to:
  • Inspect Gathering Chains, Guides, Sprockets, and Tensioners
  • Inspect Deck Plates
  • Check all Stalk Rolls and Gear Case Grease Seals
  • Check Gear Case Lube Levels
